Terms & Conditions

These terms provide a general framework for website enquiries and taxi bookings.

Quotes and booking confirmation

A website or WhatsApp enquiry is not a confirmed booking until the travel details, vehicle, fare and other applicable terms are agreed directly.

Fare can depend on the route, trip type, date, vehicle requirement and other travel details. Confirm the final quote before travel.

Vehicle categories shown on the website are indicative. Exact model and availability should be confirmed at booking time.

Please provide accurate pickup, destination, contact and timing information so the journey can be planned correctly.

Any change, delay or cancellation terms should be confirmed directly before final booking because conditions may vary by journey.
